Location: Dam Battlegrounds (southwest entrance ideal)

Objective: Access a locked room in ARC Raiders BluePrints the Water Treatment Control area.

For the first objective, you need to head to Dam Battlegrounds, specifically the Water Treatment Control building. The southwest entrance is often considered the best way to access this area, as it provides a direct path to the southern door of the building. Once inside, you'll need to take a right turn into a dark hallway. The next step is to turn right again, which will bring you to a locked door guarded by a security camera.
